Aiming to improve the operational efficiency and quality of urban industrial parks and state-owned enterprises, the Group — through value enablement and industry enablement — continuously optimizes existing assets, fosters incremental growth and upgrades services. ENV prioritizes giving full play to the strategic functional value of industrial parks and SOEs, enabling them to drive technological innovation, industrial control and security support in building a modern industrial system and a new development paradigm, so as to achieve urban technological progress, industrial upgrading and sustainable economic development.

2014

China Momentum · Born of the Times

ENV's predecessor core team was founded in Beijing, connecting domestic enterprises' technology upgrade needs with global financial and technological resources.

2016–2019

China Momentum · Bridging Global Resources

Established overseas teams and multiple innovation centers with Russia, Switzerland, Germany and France; co-founded new R&D institutions with renowned Chinese and Russian universities to localize premium overseas technologies in China.

2019–

China & the World · Two-way Connection

Completed group restructuring. As an "empowering urban operation service provider", ENV efficiently bridges global premium resources with urban economic development needs under a sustainability-driven strategy.
